1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing JilERP and creating a workspace, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

JilERP is a web-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform offering business management modules including CRM, accounting, sales, procurement, manufacturing, and others. The service is provided as SaaS (Software as a Service).

3. Account and Access

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Trial Period

JilERP offers a 15-day free trial with no commitment and no credit card required. After this period, you may subscribe to a paid plan or your workspace will be automatically archived.

5. Intellectual Property

JilERP and all its components (software, interfaces, documentation) are the exclusive property of JilERP SAS and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

JilERP is provided "as is". We commit to maintaining 99.9% availability (SLA) but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. JilERP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
